RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us immediately at hello@graphicanthology.com, so we can make it right. With a few exceptions*, we cheerfully accept returns within 15 days.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging and like-new condition. Before returning an item, please contact us at hello@graphicanthology.com, so we know to expect your return and can process and issue you a refund promptly in the original method of payment. 

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a description of the damage (a photo is helpful!) and we will gladly replace your item at no additional cost to you. Please save all packing materials and your damaged item for return.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

Okay, now the few exceptions to our return policy: CUSTOM, SALE and CLEARANCE items are non-returnable, as are GIFT CARDS and DOWNLOADS. If you have questions about whether an item can be returned, please contact us prior to purchase.

WHERE TO MAIL RETURNS
To return your product, please contact us at hello@graphicanthology.com and let us know why you are returning your item. Any returns should be mailed to: PO BOX 17270, PORTLAND, OR 97217. You will be responsible for any return shipping unless the order is our error or arrived damaged. Please allow 7-10 days for your return to reach us.
