Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us immediately at email@example.com, so we can make it right. With a few exceptions, we cheerfully accept returns within 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging and like new condition. Upon acceptance of your return, you will receive an exchange or a credit to your account, minus any shipping charges.
Okay, now the few exceptions to our return policy: CUSTOM, SALE and CLEARANCE items are non-returnable, as are GIFT CARDS and DOWNLOADS. If you have questions about whether an item can be returned, please contact us prior to purchase.
DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a description of the damage (a photo is helpful!) and we will cheerfully replace your item at no additional cost to you. Please save all packing materials and your damaged item for return.
